divorced

It’s easy to point fingers at someone who has been divorced.. Labeling her as a low class, not worthy of marrying because she’s so called not “pure”, and all sorts of reasons are given as to why she may not enter a certain family…. It’s really sad or rather disappointing to see how these women are treated and judged.

Instead of helping them to overcome their issues, their pain, their traumatizing phase, we add salt to their wound and make it more difficult for them to move forward, to close that chapter of their life, to think positive, to increase their self esteem, we make it difficult for them to step out of their home because of the fear of being insulted, spoken about, mocked at, falsely accused, etc.

Is this what Islam has taught us?

Is this what we learnt from our beloved Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam and his companions Radiyallahu anhum?

Don’t let this dunya, and people with a narrow/negative mindset brainwash you into thinking that these woman are not worthy of marrying or to be associated with…

Every woman, whether married, single,or divorced should still have the same level of respect.

If Allah Ta’ala did not belittle these woman, did not curse them, did not mention anywhere that they are not worthy for such and such…. Then who are we to decide for these woman?
Who are we to make our own ruling against them?

The only person you will be fooling is yourself, and disrespecting the teachings of Islam.
So think before uttering/assuming /judging /blaming because one day(Allah forbid) but you could be in that situation, or family, and how would feel being treated like that?

Remember this humble slave in your esteem duas inshaAllah.💕
