She felt alone in this life, a journey of isolation, fear, commitment, regret, heartache, criticism, and expectations.
She bottled her emotions because she had no one to pour out to. Everyday was a struggle for her, battle with the demons in her head. But today, the demon in reality was the last straw for her breaking point.
Nothing she did was right, nothing she said was correct.
She was drowning her mind into the depths of delusion.
The despair and hopelessness made it easier for her to reach a state of depression where she could not find a way out from.
SABR, they said.
How much more…
How much more could this woman take,
How much more criticism could she handle.
She looked at her prayer mat, placed it down and sat there crying her heart out.
Minutes turned into hours and she just sat there pouring out her emotions, her concerns, her fears, her battles, her pain to her Rabb ( Creator).
When she finally got up. She felt a weight had been lifted off her shoulders, her head felt light. She was still sad and lonely but she had this sort of serenity in her heart.
She realised her Rabb was The only One who could help her, give her the courage, the strength, the motivation to pick herself up and look forward.
She realised by depending on insaan, she would never receive the serenity she has got from her Rabb.
He is the healer of the Broken.
He Created her and only He knows how to Heal her wounds.
