That feeling when you’re not necessarily sad, but you just feel really empty.
A feeling of drowning while everyone else around you is breathing.
It’s so difficult to explain when you don’t understand yourself. You just know that it takes one thing for your mind to spin in a hundred different directions.
Feel Really Empty: You try your best to get out of that zone, that misery but it keeps pulling you back into the darkness.
Time is getting wasted dwelling over things that doesn’t make sense, sometimes it doesn’t even apply to your present. But one thing, triggered the mind to drift away to memories so strange and so enthralling.
At that period, you are filled with mixed emotions and thoughts.
Questioning yourself about life, belittling yourself because the mind is playing tricks on you and it continues day and night where you find yourself staring into blank spaces and becoming oblivious of everything around you. You just know that you’re feeling empty yet filled with so much of emotion.
Whenever you find yourself in a situation like this, don’t isolate yourself from the people that really care and are concerned about you . Rant, cry , confide, let it all out with your close friends and family.
Turn to your Creator, who is always waiting for you to pour your heart out to Him. Allah is the Repairer of the Broken. If Allah brings you to it , He will bring you through it .
Put your energy into something positive, Develop a positive vision.
Find one reason to make yourself believe it will work because only you can change your life . No one can do it for you.
