Deen Over Dunya
Deen Over Dunya: To those who are trying to live by the Quran and sunnah for the sake of Allah and getting ridiculed for it, this is for you.
Allah Ta’ala knows that going to events and discovering prayer time that no one seems to be interested in talking to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala makes you feel an immense amount of sadness, even more so when it’s your family. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala is aware of every tear you shed as you walk alone to the prayer room at the mall just to find it locked.
He knows all the difficulties you go through when praying outside as a muslimah. But let me tell you this; you’re not alone.
The one who feels alone and remembers his Creator is never alone.
Al-Sami is fully aware of the pain you feel when your family fails to understand why you adorn the hijab or niqab in the presence of your cousins, even if you grew up as “brother and sister”.
While He sees that you accept the path of others and although it may differ with yours slightly and they don’t respect yours, know that He sees everything for Allah is Al-Basir.
So for all the times you make dua that Allah grants your brothers, and husband to lead you in Salah and bring you closer to Allah Azzawajal, don’t forget that Allah is Al-Wahhab (The Bestower).
And even when your eyes rest at night, while your heart does not, remember Al-Kabir and that He’s able to do things beyond your imagination.
One drop of water that goes into the mouth of a snake, it becomes poison. Goes into the mouth of a dear, it becomes musk. Goes into the mouth of a human, it quenches his thirst.
That Allah who is controlling Jibra’eel A. S, is the same Allah who is controlling the ants, who is aware of our whereabouts. Dhalika fad-lul-lah
That is the Bounty of Allah!
Remember the favors that He has bestowed upon you by guiding you away from that which used to disturb the peace of your heart. Supplicate to Allah Ta’ala praising Him, sending salawat on the Prophet Muhammad Salallahu ‘Alayhi wa salaam asking Al-Mujib to help us. And when the help of Allah arrives, don’t forget to thank Ash-Shakur , for He loves those who are thankful.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 2736)
